Thea possesses the vocal range of a soprano drammatico.
Currently she is self-producing her debut album coming out (December 2013), consists of 11 songs written by her in Italian, English and Greek.
As a child shows a marked sensitivity and a need to express herself through singing, painting and dancing.
She spent all her childhood and adolescence in Greece.
At the age of 18 passes the entrance exams in Philology and Philosophy at the University of Crete in Greece.
A year later she moved to Italy in Siena, where she enrolled in the Faculty of Pharmacy and attended the Chigiana Academy where she took singing lessons of Opera.
She spends almost all the time of her University years in Tuscany, Florence and Siena where she attended for a short time the Jazz School as a chorister and experience the blues, rock and Italian music .She performed in various pubs and discos accompanied by a band and as a soloist.
In 2009 she graduated in Pharmacy and moved to Milan to fulfill her dream and make her own music. She takes singing lessons from Andrea Rodini and in 2011 meets Vincenzo Messina , her current arranger , pianist of Francesco Renga and Zucchero Fornaciari .
So began an artistic collaboration that leads her to participate in the contest: Social Sanremo 2012 with the song “Dentro ogni cosa” , ” Inside every thing ” written by her and arranged by Messina.
Continue to study vocal technique and alignment near to Maurizio Zappatini ( Vocal Coach of Elisa ,Ligabue , F. Renga and various artists pop rock and classical music ) and thanks to Silvia Cecchetti (singer , singing teacher of the ‘ Academy of the voice of Monza ) She studied the interpretation and improvisation
In 2013 passes the first stage of selections for Young Sanremo with the song “ Sola” , among more than 500 candidates artists throughout Italy .
